Retail Price: $210 (December 2nd)

Nike and Jordan Brand have again collaborated with Doernbecher Children’s Hospital for their annual charity-focused sneaker launch. This year sees the launch of the 3 Air Jordan 3 “Doernbecher” edition. Of course, the Air Jordan 3 holds a special place in the history of the Doernbecher collection. In 2010, an 11-year-old cancer patient at the hospital, Cole Johansen, left his mark on the model with a striking red-and-black design. His creation was not just aesthetically pleasing but also meaningful, with custom insoles bearing the words “COURAGE” and “STR3NGTH.”

Whilst the identity of this year’s designer remains a mystery, it’s known to be one of the six talented children featured in the announcement. This adds a heartwarming and inspiring aspect to the release, as the creativity of these young minds is showcased on a global platform.

From a reselling perspective, it will be interesting to see how this shoe performs, with the original back in 2010 now fetching thousands of dollars. Most importantly though, if you buy, you will be donating to a great cause.

4. PowerPuff Girls x Nike Dunk SB Low

Retail Price: $135 (December 15th)

This unique partnership is centred around the iconic Nike SB Dunk Low, bringing a touch of superhero charm to the holiday season. The Powerpuff Girls x Nike SB Dunk Low collection will debut three distinct colourways, each paying homage to the beloved animated trio – Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. For those who aren’t fans of the show, this means green, pink and blue colourways.

The design of each pair is certainly captivating, featuring the large, expressive eyes of Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup on the heels, creating a visually striking and distinctive look. Complementing the vibrant upper, each pair is set on a sleek black midsole and an outsole that mirrors the colour of the upper, enhancing the overall aesthetic.

An extremely hyped release, you can expect to profit big on these dunks, should you cop, when they are released in skate shops and the Nike SNKRS App on the 14th and 15th respectively.

3. Nike Kobe 6 Proto “Reverse Grinch”

Retail Price: $180 (December 16th)

Whilst the shock-drop may have come and gone, you will not want to miss the general release of this iconic pair.

n case you haven’t heard by now, The “Reverse Grinch” is a fresh take on the classic “Grinch” colorway. Regarded as one of the finest in Kobe’s sneaker lineage, the original Nike Kobe 6 Grinch set a high standard with its Christmas-themed design, merging audacious colours, distinctive textures, and a streamlined silhouette into an unparalleled creation, often emulated but never replicated.

The Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Reverse Grinch” meanwhile captivates with its striking Bright Crimson colour, covering the snakeskin-textured upper and harmoniously blending with Black Swooshes. Electric Green accents embellish the laces and Kobe branding on the tongues and heels, injecting a dynamic contrast. All this said, expect big profits if you secure a pair and don’t wish to cherish it as a personal.

Retail Price: $120 (unknown date)

Travis Scott and John McEnroe, both undoubtedly played a pivotal role in bringing this classic sneaker back into the spotlight. Before the signature John McEnroe shoe made its comeback, Travis Scott was seen rocking a unique, collaborative version of the Mac Attacks, distinct with its Reverse Check, a hallmark of his ongoing collaboration with Nike.

Now, after much anticipation, it looks like this special pair is finally set to hit the market, sometime this month. The Travis Scott x Nike Mac Attack pays tribute to the original design of the silhouette, mirroring the classic colourway. The collaboration features a light grey base, similar to its predecessor, complemented by black accents on the mesh insert at the toe and the leather detailing around the collar, Swoosh, and lower heel. Whilst an exact release date is unknown, expect this pair to resell for hundreds upon hundreds of profit, when it does finally release.
