Job Responsibilities
– Handling all of the following social media management-related responsibilities.
– Video scripting, storyboarding, and content planning for each unique piece of content for all clients.
– Communicating with clients multiple times per day to provide updates, conversate, and answer questions.
– Coordinating and managing our video editing team to ensure we maintain expectations and get clients results.
– Hosting and organizing weekly catch-up meetings and monthly performance recaps with all clients using our social media marketing services.
– Hosting and organizing daily stand-up meetings and weekly performance reviews with all relevant social media marketing staff.
– Occasional video editing or video revisions where necessary.
Required Qualifications
– 3+ years experience with creating, scripting, or editing social media content and experience communicating with clients.
– Must be a resident of the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.
– Willing to commit to working full-time exclusively for our company (cannot be in school, running your own business, or working other jobs).
– Experience creating content for at least 1 of the following social media channels: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, or YouTube Shorts.
– A deep understanding of what creatives will generate engagement (views, likes, comments, etc) and ultimately website traffic on social media, especially on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
– Proven track record of getting companies’ social media engagement and growing pages on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and other social media platforms.
– A deep understanding of how social media algorithms work and how to increase viewer retention.
– Must be fluent in English and capable of writing or adjusting scripts, captions, etc.
Nice To Have Qualifications
– Experience with any of the following editing softwares: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVanci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing tools.
– Experience with motion graphics and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D.
– Experience with audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc).
– Experience with image editing and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc).
– Experience with scripting and storyboarding tools including Final Draft, Celtx, StoryBoard That, and other similar tools.
– Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Loomly, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
– Experience with stock footage and music libraries, or any experience with finding clips / footage to use in videos.
– Previous experience starting a business or experience working at smaller companies/startups.
– Bachelors or Masters in digital marketing, consumer behavior, public relations, or equivalent experience.
– Knowledge, or interest in sports betting, trading, reselling, or e-commerce.
– Based in Florida or willing to travel to Miami from time to time to meet up with other members of the team.
