Our clients include some of the largest companies in the online side-hustle niche including Whop.com, one of the largest digital marketplace in the world. Our current offerings include short-form video creation, email marketing, and paid advertising, among others. Over the next 12 months we have plans to expand and as a result are looking to hire additional marketing staff in our paid ads, social media, and email marketing teams.

Our vision is to be the go-to marketing agency for all types of services that help people make money online. We are already very well known in the sports betting and reselling niches however are looking to venture much further into niches we’re less known in and build a market-wide reputation for ruthlessly outperforming other marketers in the space.

Compensation & Perks

 

💸 $2,000 to $4,000 monthly starting salary.

📈 Up to $10k in monthly salary based on initial 90-day performance.

🌎 Full-time remote-based position with flexible working hours.

✈️ Flights, US visa sponsorship, and accommodation for team meetups.

 

 

Job Responsibilities 

 

– Handling all of the following email marketing-related responsibilities outside of copywriting and design.

– Scheduling email campaigns and setting up email automation based on business objectives.

– Managing our email designer and copywriter to create well-thought-out emails.

– Setting up proper email authentication practices to improve email deliverability and security.

– Adjusting the copy and designs of emails to optimize for conversions or clarity.

– Working with our website developer to create and optimize funnels/landing pages for campaigns.

– Creating a detailed technical and growth strategy for each set of email campaigns and automations.

– Cleaning and organizing email lists to ensure we only send campaigns to relevant and valid emails.

– Warming and creating email inboxes to ensure our sender reputation remains as high as possible.

– A/B testing small subsets of email lists before scaling email campaigns.

– Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting campaigns based on ORs, CTRs, trial sign-ups, and trial conversion rate.

– Work closely with other marketeers and the CEO to ensure email campaigns are inline with our broader brand and growth strategies.

– Creating email automations for key user or customer funnel events (user churn, trial signup, etc).

 

 

Required Qualifications

 

– 3+ years of experience with creating, sending and optimizing promotional email marketing campaigns.

– Must be a resident of the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.

Willing to commit to working full-time exclusively for our company (cannot be in school, running your own business, or working other jobs).

– Experience with at least 1 of the following sending tools: Mailchimp, SendGrid, Sendy, Mailmodo, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, Marketo, or any other reputable email-sending software

– Experience with a deliverability testing tool (for example but not limited to Litmus, Return Path, GlockApps, etc).

– Experience with large-scale promotional campaigns (10k+ email lists for a singular campaign).

– A deep understanding of mail authentication, mail warming, and how to ensure emails are reaching inboxes at scale.

– Experience with setting up SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other email authentication practices.

– Capable of setting up email automations and journeys if triggers are already provided with one of the above software.

 

 

 

Nice To Have Qualifications

 

– Experience with Stripo or other email design tools.

– Experience with HTML and CSS.

– Experience with Zapier or integrating/creating email APIs.

– Experience with Amazon SES.

– Experience with setting up email list pop-ups or funnels to collect emails.

– Experience with creating and optimizing conversion-focused funnels for promotional emails.

– Experience with sender reputation monitoring tools such as Sender Score or Postmaster.

– Experience with bounce management software such as NeverBounce and ZeroBounce.

– Experience with email automation tools such as ActiveCampaign, Pardot, Marketo, etc.

– Knowledge or experience with email marketing compliance and privacy.

– Previous experience starting a business or experience working at smaller companies/startups.

– Bachelors or Masters in digital marketing, consumer behavior, public relations, or equivalent experience.

– Knowledge, or interest in reselling, online selling, or e-commerce.

– Based in Florida or willing to travel to Miami from time to time to meet up with the team.
