Job Responsibilities
– Responsible for reading off of scripts, and being the face of our client’s brands.
– Being lively and energetic in each video, delivering our client’s message in a positive light.
– Sending footage in Google Drive to our editors to edit and publish.
– Doing required revisions requested by our social media account manager.
– Coordinating with other video editors and clients to ensure we are achieving the results required.
Required Qualifications
– No experience required.
– Must have a US, UK, Canadian, Australian, or New Zealand accent.
– Must be over the age of 16.
– Must be energetic, confident, and engaging on camera.
– Must be capable of following instructions and working in a team.
– Must be fluent in English and capable of writing or adjusting scripts, captions, etc.
Nice To Have Qualifications
– An understanding of what videos will generate engagement (views, likes, comments, etc) and ultimately website traffic on social media, especially on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
– Proven track record of getting companies’ social media engagement and growing pages on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and other social media platforms.
– An understanding of how social media algorithms work and how to increase viewer retention.
– Experience with audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc).
– Experience with scripting and storyboarding tools including Final Draft, Celtx, StoryBoard That, and other similar tools.
– Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Loomly, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social,.
– Previous experience starting a business or experience working at smaller companies/startups.
– Bachelors or Masters in digital marketing, consumer behavior, public relations, or equivalent experience.
– Knowledge, or interest in sports betting, trading, reselling, or e-commerce.
– Based in Florida or willing to travel to Miami from time to time to meet up with the team.
